Course Refund Policy

All course fees must be paid in full upon registration.

Tuition Refund 

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the course start date will be issued a full refund. A credit for future use will be issued for cancellations made with less than 30 days notice. Credits may be used for any course fee or product sold by The Turner Group and will expire after 12 months. Credits are transferrable to an alternate student.

Course Cancellation

Canadian Safety & Medic Training reserves the right to reschedule or cancel training programs for reasons including, but not limited to, low enrollment and logistical issues. Canadian Safety & Medic Training will make every effort possible to advise enrollees of cancelations, prior to the commencement of the program. If a course is cancelled, the student will be given the option to attend an alternate course date or receive a full refund.
