All course fees must be paid in full upon registration.
Please be advised there have been several recent changes to our Registration/Cancellation policies. Our office has been experiencing a large number of Cancellation requests or a course date change, resulting in administrative and instructor costs as well as cancellation fees being incurred by our office. Therefore, students, or employers/teachers registering students, are strongly advised to confirm course dates and training needs prior to registration, to ensure no changes will be needed.
We will no longer be offering credits for Cancellations unless the student can verify an “Emergency” situation has occurred, as defined below:
An emergency is an urgent, unexpected, and usually dangerous situation that poses an immediate risk to health, life, property, or environment and requires immediate action”
We reserve the right to determine if your situation falls under this category. Should the student, or employer/teacher registering the student, request that a student be rescheduled to a different course or course date, a surcharge of $40 will be applied. Students can reschedule their course one time only, after which no further changes will be allowed and a new seat will need to be purchased.
Canadian Safety & Medic Training reserves the right to reschedule or cancel training programs for reasons including, but not limited to, low enrollment and logistical issues. Canadian Safety & Medic Training will make every effort possible to advise enrollees of cancelations, prior to the commencement of the program. If a course is cancelled, the student will be given the option to attend an alternate course date or receive a full refund.
