Course Refund Policy

Refunds & Course Changes

Requests to transfer to an alternate course date must be submitted by email no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled course start date. Approved transfers are subject to a $40.00 administrative fee per participant.

Any cancellation or transfer request received less than 14 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund or transfer, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Requests made by phone, voicemail, text message, social media, or through a third party will not be accepted. All requests must be submitted directly by the participant or booking contact via email to be considered valid.

Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior written notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of all course fees.

Course Cancellation

Canadian Safety & Medic Training reserves the right to reschedule or cancel training programs for reasons including, but not limited to, low enrollment and logistical issues. We will make every effort possible to advise participants of cancellations prior to the commencement of the program. If a course is cancelled, the student will be given the option to attend an alternate course date or receive a refund.
