Course Details

  • Pre-requisite: None

  • Length: 40 hours (4 days × 10 hours)

  • Materials Provided: All first aid gear and learning materials, including a Red Cross Wilderness & Remote First Aid Field Guide to take home

  • Certification: Red Cross Wilderness First Aid with CPR C, valid for 3 years

  • Recertification: 20 hours / 2 days (must hold an unexpired 40-hour certificate)

Course Schedule

  • Day 1: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Day 2: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Day 3: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening scenario)

  • Day 4: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Frequent breaks and lunch are provided throughout the day
