Standard First Aid & CPR C (Equivalent to WorkSafeBC Intermediate First Aid)

Our 2-day (16-hour) Standard First Aid & CPR Course provides the skills and knowledge needed to respond confidently in emergencies—whether at work, home, or in the community.

✅ Meets provincial/territorial workplace safety requirements
✅ 3-year Red Cross certification (Standard First Aid + CPR A or C)
✅ Covers the latest first aid & CPR guidelines

Course Requirements

• Attend 100% of the course

• Achieve at least 75% on the written knowledge test

• Successfully demonstrate all skills

Schedule

• Start: 8:15 am (8:30 am after paperwork)

• Lunch: 30 minutes

• End: 5:00 pm

• Morning & afternoon breaks included

• CPR & AED use (adults/children, depending on level)

• Wound care, fractures, head & spine injuries
